Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Email

accounts@90northbrands.com or call +91 91138 88262 with your order number.

Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled. You can return it under the policy below.

If we cancel your order (stock or pricing error), you get a full refund.

Returns and exchanges — 7 days

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exchanges are for a different size or colour, subject to stock. If it's not available, we refund

you.

To start a return or exchange, email accounts@90northbrands.com with your order number

and the reason.

Returns and exchanges are both picked up free. We arrange a reverse pickup from your

address — you pay nothing to send it back.

Damaged or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are made within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. We'll ask for your details.

Shipping is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
